His experiences helped him develop an appetite for precise answers to meet individualized need. He has also developed a sense of appreciation for cross-disciplinary team work while caring for clients from 13 years to 70 years of age. Larry graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and Health Promotion in 2004. While in undergrad he had extensive experience working in research laboratories for the University of Kentucky’s Physical Therapy Department and the Center for Biomechanical Engineering. The summer of 2000 Larry did a research project on Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg, VA. Upon receiving his BA Larry attended The University of Findlay’s Physical Therapy and Athletic Training program before obtaining his first internship with the New England Patriots in 2006.
Larry’s second internship was with the Indianapolis Colts, where he used his license in massage with other therapeutic modalities to meet the needs of different athletes with acute and chronic injury. Much of Larry’s time in high school, college, and professional training rooms, helped him develop his system with client/patient care. Larry partnered with LIFT Fitness and Wellness from 2012-2014, now his biggest partnership in his career is working alongside Strength Coach, Willie Ray. Larry has attended and is mentored by Athletes Performance, now EXOS in Arizona. Larry, currently is most proud of working with Head Strength Coach, Roc Oliver and the University of Kentucky Men’s Basketball team.
