I was 5 pounds into my weight loss when I started working out with the Synergy Coach team in Spring 2013 with twice a week workouts. In June, I got fully onboard and started journaling in MyFitnessPal.com. By January 2014, I was down 31 pounds from December 2012. Not only have I lost the weight, but also my body has changed to muscle that I’m proud of and determined to maintain. I learned the importance of a balance life of fitness and health with the food I put in my body. Its about being the best version of YOU no matter what the YOU looks like, more about feeling and moving better. With the Synergy Coach Team, I have found the power inside of me to lift and do things I never thought I would do…especially didn’t think I would LOVE to do!
